Tele Marketing Executive Requirements:

• Manage online customer queries regarding assigned products.
• Need to handle incoming calls.
• Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
• Collect customer feedback by calling them.
• Prepare reports as per requirement.
• Candidate will be well aware of the company’s services/products and price detail.
• Sense of responsibility and Achieve the monthly target.
• Other works assigned by the management.
• At least 1 years’ experience in relevant field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Frond Desk Executive Requirements:

• Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Other works assigned by the management.
• At least 1 years’ experience in relevant field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have to look smart, pretty & presentable.
